Maddie Fisher is an essential part of our administrative team at Thrive Collaborative Care, dedicated to providing compassionate support to both patients and staff. With a background in 5 years of mental health administration and care team work, 4 years in elderly long term care, as well as 7 years CNA and CMA training Maddie excels at ensuring that every patient’s experience at our clinic is smooth and welcoming.
Role and Responsibilities
As our Clinical Administrator, Maddie Fisher plays a key role in managing the clinical aspects of patient appointments, particularly for medication management. She assists with a range of essential tasks, ensuring each appointment runs smoothly and that medication-related issues are addressed promptly. Her organized, patient-centered approach enables her to handle clinical tasks such as processing refill requests, addressing questions about medications and side effects, and coordinating ongoing care—all with an attentive manner that ensures no detail is overlooked.

Outside of Work
When not at the clinic, Maddie enjoys spending time with her wife and her son, reading, and spending time outside which helps them stay grounded and energized for their work with patients and staff alike
