Therapy internships offer students the opportunity to provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and adults. Support and guidance are provided as you work with your own caseload. We accept advanced graduate students in the fields of social work, psychology, and professional counseling.
Medication management internships allow advanced graduate nurse practitioner students to work with children, adolescents, and adults. This includes assessment and diagnosis of various conditions, discussions of appropriate medication and nonpharmacological treatment options, providing education, and application of therapy skills.
We ask that you have had individual therapy and assessment experience as well as some previous practice or work experience using psychotherapy skills. Preference is given to students who can commit to Thrive Collaborative Care for 2 semesters. We welcome and encourage applications from individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
