Style

Salina believes through educating patients, providing treatment options, and providing support, patients are empowered to make treatment decisions that best fit the lifestyles and treatment outcomes they desire.

She is direct, realistic, and caring in her approach. She appreciates the neurodivergent mind and has a passion to help individuals find their inner strengths. She loves helping others find their own path and take control of their mental health.

Salina focuses on family centered approaches when able. She recognizes that mental health impacts more than just the individual and engages the family in the treatment process. She will collaborate with other treatment providers, both mental health and medical, as well as educational staff in order to advocate for the needs of patients.

Professional interest: child and adolescent disorders, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and the expanding field of neurodivergence.

Treatment modalities:

Salina’s primary role is medication management. She also provides brief psychotherapy in conjunction with medication management on a case-by-case basis, providing referrals to other professionals as needed. She has always had a passion for holistic mental health treatment and will incorporate alternative treatments if preferred.

What is medication management?

The two Thrive Values that Salina identifies with the most:

Candid Empathy:
