I believe that everyone is capable of creating joyful lives and relationships. As a committed, experienced Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, I will work with you to boost your emotional well-being, provide valuable insights and help you acquire and develop the skills to successfully navigate through life’s challenges.
Individual: Therapy is a process of awareness, growth, and positive changes. I will help you recognize negative behavior and cognition patterns that are harming your emotional well-being. Together, we will develop healthy boundaries, reactions and behaviors to get you back on track to being your best self.
Couples Therapy: I help couples identify shared goals for their relationships and develop communication patterns that work for them in a way that each person feels safe, heard and valued in the relationship. We work together to establish relationship goals and loving interdependence.
Family Therapy: Families come with a complex series of communication and interaction patterns which are sometimes harmful to family members. We will work together to identify harmful patterns and replace them with patterns that create honest communication, safety and accountability.
What to expect: I will use several treatment modalities specifically to address your needs. I endeavor to create an atmosphere of safety, empathy, humor and non-judgement where you will receive honest feedback, therapeutic information and treatment planning in a way that makes sense to you.
Candid Truth: Jeanna is much too comfortable with humor and being a goofball.
The two Thrive Values that Jeanna identifies with the most:
- People: Every person deserves to be listened to, to feel supported and valued.
- Expertise: Mental Health Providers owe it to their patients to be trustworthy, ethical and to make sure their clients receive the best possible care.
